Cutter solar was the brainchild of Electrician Tom cutter who was working for his father’s electrical business, Cutter Electrical (established 1982) at the time. Tom always had a keen interest in the latest technologies and a passion for renewable energy, and it was a combination of these things that led him to form the new company.

Since then Cutter Solar has seen the ups and downs of the Solar industry and has gained a wealth of experience in every facet of the design, installation and maintenance of renewable energy systems, putting us at one of the leading companies in the UK in this sector.

We know that knowing where to start can seem like a bit of a minefield- we have seen many companies come and go over the years and leave unfortunate customers with expensive and unsuitable installations that don’t serve their purpose and no-one understands!
